I spent nearly a decade in pool construction and technical servicing, hands-on, on-site, learning every system, every piece of equipment, and what it takes to keep a coastal property running properly. I know what to look for before it becomes a problem.

Beyond the tools, I’ve spent years operating at a senior level across property, operations, and business leadership, managing teams, complex logistics, and high-value client relationships across Australia and internationally. I know what accountability looks like. I know what it means to show up.
